How do I redeem a "coupon code" coupon?
Depending on the merchant, there are a few different places to enter the coupon code. In some cases, the coupon can be entered while in the shopping cart. Other times, the coupon is entered on the order review page prior to checkout.
How do I know if a "coupon code" is working?
99% of the time the merchant will display the discount prior to you submitting your order. If you enter the coupon code and do not see the discount on the order review page, do not place the order
How do I redeem a "linked" coupon or product?
A linked coupon is a coupon that does not have an actual coupon code. If an offer does not have a coupon code simply click on the title to redeem the coupon.
How do I know if a "linked" coupon is working?
When you click on the link from our site, you will normally be taken to a page on the merchant's site describing the offer. Occasionally, the merchant will automatically apply the discount to your order. However, BE SURE the discount is applied to your purchase before you confirm the order.
Why doesn't the coupon work?
The coupon you clicked may have expired. If the expiration is listed as unknown, that means the coupon you are currently trying to use might have expired since the last time we verified the discount. It is also possible the online merchant pulled the coupon early. For various reasons, the on-line merchant might decide to end the offer prior to the expiration date. The merchants may also have modified the condition of the coupon. There are times when the response to the special offer is so large that the on-line merchant decides to modify the coupon - to either a smaller discount, or a larger minimum purchase requirement. CouponDiscovery.com can not guarantee the accuracy of the deals listed. We test all the deals prior to posting them online; however, we do not
have the capacity to verify every deal every day.
What do I do if a coupon does not work?
If a coupon on our site is not working, please contact us. After we receive your email, we will check the offer to verify if there was an error with the coupon code or if it has in fact expired. If the coupon has expired, keep checking our site. We update our site daily and as soon as we find another deal for that merchant, we will post it on our site.
How often do you check the coupons with "unknown" expiration?
Every day we go through the site and check deals. If you see an expired deal please let us know.
Do you sell any items / What are you shipping charges?
CouponDiscovery.com does not sell any of the products listed on our site. If you are interested in finding out more about a products availability or want to know about shipping fees, contact the merchant's support.
Coupon Links Not Working
Why are certain links not working for me?
The blank page for certain links is probably caused by anti-ad / spyware / spam software which has put an entry into your hosts file to block certain websites. see below for a solution to this problem
Why am I seeing a "this page cannot be displayed" error when clicking CouponDiscovery links ?
Can you see "Link 2" below?

If you can only see links 1 and 3 above, your computer is using a firewall program like Norton or Symantec. If you can see Link 2 above, but when clicked, you get a "this page cannot be displayed" message instead of going to Target.com in a new window, you're also using a firewall, most likely Zone Alarms or Zone Labs. All of these software programs may prohibit you from using CouponDiscovery discount links since our links pass coupon & discount information ($ or % off information, NOT personal information) to merchant sites when clicked.
Luckily, these firewalls make it easy to avoid future complications. Simply turn off the "ad blocking" option within your firewall software and our links will work
I can see all three links above, I go to Target.com when I click Link 2, but I'm still getting an error when clicking links .
Please ensure your web browser is "allowing cookies" since many merchants will store coupon information in cookies instead of asking you to provide a coupon code.
